1. Separation of Power

Congress is jammed in the middle as these two battle it out. This also shows the power that these two have and how each overrules the other.
2. Checks and Balances
This political cartoon shows a group of judges seated and saying that checks and balances are not for the supreme court. There is a judges code of conduct in the trash. This shows the power that the supreme court has and the attitude that supreme court has about the authority they have over the other branches of government.
